Step 1: Application form
To begin the registration process, complete this "Application for Admission" form and submit it to our director. This allows us to keep track of the number of applicants so we can determine availability for our programs. You may return the completed form via email attachment or by printing it and dropping it off at the church office during regular office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-Noon).
STEP 2: Registration FORM
Once you have completed the "Application for Admission" form and heard back from our director confirming availability, please complete the registration form and the additional forms listed below. We will also need your registration fee submitted at this time to reserve your child's spot in the class.
